Korean Table covers Korean home cooking, with the research behind it. It is written and edited by one person based in South Korea.

Things worth writing in about:

  • A correction. If a number, a date, a price or a quotation here does not match the source, say which post and which line. Corrections are made on the post itself and the change is noted in the text rather than made silently.
  • A source I missed. Several posts end by saying what I could not find. If you have the paper, the notice or the survey I was looking for, that is the most useful mail I can get.
  • A question about something in a post. If the answer is not in the post, I will say so rather than guess.
  • Business enquiries. Sponsored or affiliate arrangements are disclosed in the post itself when they exist.

You can also leave a comment on any post. Comments are read.

Replies usually take a few days. Korea Standard Time is UTC+9, so mail sent from Europe or the Americas is normally read the following morning.
